Drawing from my 30-year engineering career and later work as a life coach, I share a deeply personal and practical perspective on what drives women away from STEM and how to reclaim their career. I explore how women have been conditioned to suppress empathy, intuition, creativity, and community-minded traits to fit into a masculine workplace. Rather than burying these feminine characteristics, I show how capitalizing on them as strengths actually helps to succeed in STEM.
